2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service with an updated “Last Updated” date.

For material changes, we will also post a prominent notice on our website, and may email customers who have purchased from us.

Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

The Service is intended for individuals aged 13 years and older. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

3.2 Information You Provide

You do not need an account to use our free tools. When you make a purchase or contact us, please provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter, including the email address where your purchase is delivered.

4. Our Services

4.1 Free Tools and Content

Our planning tools, Magic Tools readings, and articles are free to use, with no account required. Free tools are complete as offered; they are not trials of a paid product.

4.2 Optional Paid Digital Keepsakes

Some Magic Tools offer optional paid readings or keepsakes. These are digital products sold as one-time purchases:

4.3 Entertainment and Inspiration

Numerology, astrology, moon-phase, tarot-style, archetype, and similar readings are provided for entertainment and inspiration. They are not predictions, and they are not a substitute for professional advice (see Section 8).

5. Orders, Delivery, and Refunds

5.1 Delivery

Paid keepsakes are delivered electronically, on screen and/or to the email address you provide, usually immediately after payment. Please check your spam folder if an email does not arrive, and contact us if it still does not.

5.2 Refunds

Because paid keepsakes are digital products delivered right away, they are generally not refundable once delivered. If something goes wrong, such as you were charged but did not receive your purchase, you were charged more than once, or the product does not work as described, email us at [email protected] with your order details as soon as possible and we will review your request and make it right where appropriate. Refunds are not provided where these Terms have been violated or refund requests are abusive.

5.3 Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

5.4 Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we can resolve the issue directly. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are fraudulent or unwarranted.

5.5 Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection laws, including Alberta’s Consumer Protection Act. If you have a statutory right to cancel a contract within a specified period, we will honor it as required by law.
