The Lover’s Constellation

Connect your relationship's milestones into a constellation with your own name and your own myth.

Your relationship, charted as a constellation

Milestones rarely get kept anywhere except a camera roll. The Lover's Constellation takes the moments you choose — the night you met, the first trip, the proposal, the thing only the two of you remember — and places them as stars in a shape you draw yourself, name yourself, and keep as an art piece.

It is the only tool in this collection where you make the artwork rather than receive it. You bring the meaning; the tool brings the sky.

How the sky gets built

Start by naming the constellation. Nobody is checking the name against a star chart, so couples tend to use the date they met, a private nickname, or both names pushed together.

Then enter your milestones — between three and nine of them. Three is enough to make a shape; nine is the limit because beyond that the drawing stops looking like a constellation and starts looking like a list.

From there you place the stars by hand. A sky appears on screen, and clicking anywhere in it fixes the next milestone as a point of light in the order you entered them. You decide which memory sits where, so the shape is genuinely yours rather than generated for you.

What comes back with the drawing is a written myth, and its structure is worth noticing. It opens before the constellation had a name, gives the first star its own line, gives the final star its own line, and rotates three different phrasings through the middle so a longer constellation never repeats the same sentence shape twice. It closes on the idea that no astronomer will ever chart your sky, but the two of you always know where to look.

What the $29 unlocks

The constellation and its written myth are shown to you free, on the page, as soon as you finish placing stars. Paying once unlocks the downloads.

The vector file — an SVG of the drawing on a deep midnight background, scalable to any size and the format to hand a printer or framer.

The high-resolution image — a large PNG of the same artwork, ready for a print, a canvas, a card or a phone background.

One charge, nothing recurring, no account needed. If your payment is still settling when you return, the page tells you to keep it open or come back in a minute rather than failing silently — and your drawing is kept in the meantime.

Questions about the constellation

Why does it need at least three milestones?

Two points make a line, not a shape. Three is the smallest number that reads as a constellation, and nine is the largest that stays legible.

Can we change the star positions later?

Not after checkout. Place them where you want them before you buy, since the files are generated from the exact points you set.

What if we cannot agree on a name?

Enter your favourite. The name is simply text in the title and myth, so it costs nothing to run the tool twice and compare.

Is the myth a real legend?

No. It is written for your constellation in the voice of an astronomy legend, as an original keepsake rather than a quoted source.
